Although this was a no box purchase,thoughtfully, the Earthing mat came in a ziplock pouch which can be reused for storage and also included a nice hand written thank you card. They care about their customers. The cable on my one is 4.625m approx 15ft 2" long.

Fulfilled our needs for heating.
The radiator is simple to use, very quick at heating up, pleasant to look at and is just fantastic value for money. We bought 3 and to go along with our log fire in the lounge the whole house is kept warm. PS we only use the 2 bedroom heaters on low to air and warm the rooms from 9.00 pm to when we go to bed although if the winter gets really cold we will have them on low overnight. Uor son is home schooled so his radiator is on low in the day time too and provides a real cosy study area.Good addition is the timer so you can program the radiator to come on and off when you wish.Cannot fault them and brilliant affordable price for economy heating this winter.
