Animal CD by Kesha Ke$ha You're Love Is My Drug Tik Tok
I bought this CD for the Bubble Gum songs that reminded me of the 80's music I loved so much. When mixed with the techno beats of today and a little bass, you can't help but turn it up and laugh at the corny lyrics she makes up along the way! I hear most of them are based on her own true life experiences too. (yuck to some - vomited in Paris Hilton's closet! - Party At a Rich Kid's House) Some of the songs are slow which gives you a chance to actually hear her voice, which can be good - it's actually not bad which makes you wonder if she might make something of herself one day, when or if she grows up a little. However, a couple of the slow ones are annowing - "Steven" - which starts out "Steeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevvvvvven......." in this awful wail, then the song is about 'how could you leave me'. In that voice, if you sang that song to him, I wonder why. All in all though, a great buy and well worth having it in my collection! 4 stars.
