    On arrival the plants had come out of the pots, although you could tell the seller had taken great care to package them, after planting them in the garden they are now doing really well. Would recommend this seller

    I am so sorry that they arrived in poor condition. I really do try to make them as secure as I can. I have the plants tied with twine into a plastic bag inside their pots to keep the soil and moisture in. Then I secure the pots in the box using twine and cardboard to hold them so they will not fall about inside the box, even if held upside-down. I use fragile tape to hopefully make the courier aware they must be treated with care. Sadly it looks like they have not been careful at all with them
