  Item sent on time. However royal mail lost it. Contacted seller. No response. Passed to eBay, they got no response from seller either, so my money was refunded. Not the sellers fault that royal mail made a mistake, but to not respond when there is an issue is not on. The review is not a negative one as I got my money back. But please make sure you're dealing with customers when things don't go right. Ignoring them is not the correct course of action.
