Great Sound, Good Fit, Don't Come Loose During Exercise
I have a pair of Motorola Verve 100 earbuds which have an awesome sound, but they're not really "sport" earbuds and tend to come loose during exercise, so I thought I'd give these JBL's a try.
Some of the reviews report poor sound quality which I initially experienced with the factory installed (medium) tips and "enhancers". These did not allow a good tight fit in my ear. Switching to the large tips and "enhancers" fixed the problem. The sound is great. Good bass, mids and highs. The key to good sound is finding the correct combo of tips and "enhancers" that will produce a good seal with the ear canal. That being said, the three supplied sizes may not work for everyone.
Initially I couldn't get the pause/play function (right bud) or the TalkThru/Ambient Aware functions (left bud) to work. Based on my experience with the Verve 100 earbuds, I thought the "buttons" would be capacitive touch. However, the buttons on each bud are mechanical. I had to watch a YouTube video review to find this out. The docs should really state that the buttons on each bud are mechanical. This is the only real disappointment in this product and the reason for only four stars.

Nice Product, Bad Chemical Smell
These work well and arrived in the prescribed time. However, the items had a VERY STRONG chemical smell to them. I had to leave these outside in the sun for several days to air out before I could use them. And even now, they still retain the smell, but at a level that allows me to use them.
