Cast Iron is the way to cook

This is my second cast iron cooking item, the other is a griddle pan. Both are amazing at cooking foods, are non stick, easy to clean and maintain (once used and seasoned). Makes amazing lamb shanks. The griddle is great for steaks and grilled vegetables. Nothing ever sticks. Just be aware they are heavy and handles get as hot as the pan or pot so always need gloves.
