Steer well clear!

Probably the most frustrating product I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. No instructions to advise how to get the metal supports for feeding/water stations onto the pole. Had to check the customer reviews on Amazon to find a clue. Whilst this worked to secure the seed and water trays, the third metal hook for an extra feeder proved impossible to secure (not just me, had my very practical neighbour stumped too) without so much force that the holder just slipped down the pole. To add insult to injury the welded connection, that holds the seed tray to the metal support, snapped as I tried to reposition it on the pole. If I can warn off another unsuspecting buyer from this dreadful product, that's the only value I'll get from the money and time I've wasted!

Much lower than I'd imagined - probably should have read the specs more carefully - but a well made, sturdy construction. If I can haul myself out of it, should be fine!
