Good while it lasts

This is a replacement for one that went wrong after about a year. What happened was that it would do two periods of 30 secs and then stop suddenly in the middle of the 3rd. I replaced the battery but no improvement.

Leaves the mouth fresh

i like the fact that the head stays virtually still and that no force is required to get under the gum line. It also helps that the head is actually quite slim. I have a niggle, though: under certain conditions the head can slip down the shaft as there's nothing holding it on but friction. Good, also, that the charger is the same for the Philips jet gum irrigator.

Very good value

It assembled well and I was pleased that it had good quality fittings - e.g. the washers were lacquered - and the design seemed ingenious in that it felt as though someone had value engineered it well. If I had an observation it would be that the readout would have been more helpful had it been "smarter" i.e. would connect directly to my fitness app (myfitnesspal). But for the price it was good value and exceeded my expectations. The instruction leaflet was adequate without being comprehensive.
