Item was not the exact clock described and slightly smaller than stated in the size. Seller wanted me to post it back with a box when it was sent to me in a bag. I did put it in a box and they did send the returns label through the post as they didn’t want it done through eBay’s returns service. Having said all of this, the person I spoke to (Steve) was very polite, responded straight away and the clock was returned for a full refund. Sadly no clock but everything else was easy so still positive

*** AVOID *** Sent a 'new' item in an unmarked brown box. Item was severally damaged, which they must have known, as brown box is not original packaging & undamaged. Seller refused to select a mutually convenient returns date choosing to just book a collection randomly to suit them an all day collection time. Seller won't confirm courier will leave proof of return. Seller is arrogant, unhelpful, doesn't answer questions. Reported to ebay, all photos sent to Seller and eBay can see them. *AVOID *
