Uncomfortable

Although the quality is not too bad, despite having x-threaded one of the arm rest screws as you cannot see the fixing bolt underneath the fabric, after using the chair for just one day I had lower back pain. The seat itself is not compliant with the DSE regulations 1992 and the height of the lumbar support cannot be adjusted. Consequently I have the lumbar support area of the chair located closer to my coccyx than my lumbar and do not see how I can use this chair on a day to day basis. Save your money and buy something that can be fully adjusted. Back rest tilt cannot be locked in place either.

Double sided tape on the velcro didn't s...

Double sided tape on the velcro didn't stay stuck to the velcro or the window. Cheap poor quality double sided tape provided so I had to replace with my own decent 3m tape

Doesn't chop, food gets stuck between the blades which don't retract fully and takes too long to clean! Save your money and buy a knife!
