Good quality & well designed overall
Good quality & well designed overall. The only minor design question is the location of the inner dumbbell set when using the full length bar - the design enables conversion of the 2 individual hand weights into a connected single weights bar which works well & it's fine when lifting but if you have a weight bench or dumbbell rest & are bench pressing the location of the inner weights make it difficult to place the bar on the rest because either your hands or the weights will be in the way - I ended up buying an additional longer bar for use with the weights when bench pressing. Other than that I have been very happy with the product & would highly recommend as a first set of weights due to their flexibility & quality.
