New enclosure, old drive
System recognized and quick formatted, but only made it about halfway through the first data I tried to write to it. After that, system could see it, but could not access it. Removed drive from enclosure and connected directly to sata port, same result. The drive was a Toshiba with a Samsung sticker (Homemade) placed over the original Toshiba sticker. The enclosure was cheap, but it did work with another drive I had.

Piece of junk.
Broke apart 2 days after it was installed. Interior cheap plastic, no strength at all.

Good value, excellent battery life
Bought this player for long life of battery and it has done well. I play it for about 7 hours while working on the warehouse floor and it is still going strong at the end of my shift. It is small in size and clips securely to my shirt. I use headphones instead of buds and the output is loud and clear.
The only things I find annoying is that occasionally while in shuffle mode, it will play about 10 songs and then play them again in the same order, I have over 500 loaded so I should not hear repeats for a while. Also, even though I have backed out of play mode and shut down, when I put it on charge, it will power up and start playing the last song I was listening to.
Overall, I like this player, was a good value, and the two things that bug me are not show stoppers.
