Children can produce stunning work if given the opportunity
A beautifully produced book of poems by schoolchildren following a Dylan Thomas trail. The degree of complexity of work by fairly young children is interesting. More of interest to the participants than in general - I suspect that the schools were handpicked and don't give a representative sample of schools in Swansea.
Remember that Dylan wrote 2/3rds of his published work between the ages of 15 and 19 while living at 5 Cwmdonkin Drive in Uplands Swansea. It's a pity the trail didn't start in the house - it could now as it has been restored and is open for house tors and overnight stays.

Learn about and enjoy Dylan Thomas from this CD
This is a great collection of Dylan stories, poems and memories performed by Bob Kingdom who has been 'doing' Dylan for many years. The direction by Anthony Hopkins - another Dylan fan - grows on you. Recommended for the Dylan fan and for someone learning or doing Dylan's work for exams. You will learn far more about Dylan from this than Edge of Love.

Magical Christmas tale
This is Dylan Thomas' magical Christmas tale about his childhood in Swansea. The action centres around his home ot 5 Cwmdonkin Drive which my wife and I have recently restored to the condition it was when bought by the Thomas family in 1914 as a new house.
This edirion has a beautiful cover watercolour by Edrwad Ardizzone which captures the mood of the story
