Good product
It came quickly, and I put the clamps to work almost immediately. They are just what I needed.

Out of date
The product is good; however, it was so old that the access code was out of date. I had to call Rosetta Stone and convince them that the access code had never been revealed. They reinstated it and the program is working fine.
