How to Get all out of your SMPK 8854B

Download install the video converter AVI converter 5.0.1 for the player,to convert your movie.Open converter set resolution to 320x240 click on Source /load your movie /select Target for converted file set the screen to aspect ratio 4:3 quality to High.Convert your movie,drag and drop in onto your player , shutdown player, restart,select your video ..walla !! it plays just fine. I have not had much luck with just any video converter as there are several types of AVI files , use the converter mentioned to assure success.Also to make the Touchscreen more sensitive to touch,open the Settings /System icon/Touch Calibration and instead of using the stylus use your fingertip , do it twice and it will then work as a true touchscreen.The Video converter can be easily found by typing player model into search engine.Battery life is very good. Very nice little player.

Caveat emptor on this item
The cartridge does not register as full when you buy this , so who knows how much ink is in them .Lexmark made these cartridges so they would do that. guess it works.

Fragile probe
The original probe was not near as study built as this replacement. Very accurate and easy to calibrate, overall a very good product. Handy suction cup for suspension into fluid.
