Decent pen, fun nib but not great
Decent pen, nicely made but Platinum just isn't for me. I don't like the feel of their nibs. It's like they're grinding the tines together as you write.

A disapointment
This pen is close to a dinosaur. It is dying out. The pen has propriety cartridges, slim, which are incredibly difficult to find - unless you buy from US and add VAT and handling and shipping and you can buy a new cheaper and better pen.
The pen is slim, extremely so, so if that's what you are looking for - then maybe this would fit you better. The pen needs the cap unscrewed and then screwed on the back to be posted for any sort of stability - unless you have minute hands. Once that is done, the pen writes fairly well though.
There are no converters to be found for this one, since it uses the slim cartridge - if there is - please tell me where to find one.
Quality - the screwing back and forth is - well a bit of a bother - but not that much. The scringy sound however is. Also, once screwed on, the cap's lines doesn't match the body lines. Neither capped or screw on to close the pen.
If you want a slim pen, live in the American region where Cross cartridges of slim type is readily available - get it cheap - otherwise go for the Century II.

Cheap decent fountain pen
Cheap pen that is OK. Quality is of course a bit so so. If you like the pen due to the size and how to hold it, get a Bock #6 nib and a real converter.
I find the grip section to be both good and bad. Some days I find the grip to be great and some days too small or to 'special '.
