somewhat worried to read it did not work for one reviewer but ordered anyway. They arrived today and I am very pleased to say they work perfectly. I tried with the keys in the holder and nothing worked, took the keys out and everything worked as it should

OK but not as good as I hoped.

very heavy especially when extended, also the overall length is not 2.5 meters when used to cut the top of a hedge, to do 2.5m the cutter has to be in line with the pole NOT at 90 degrees to it.
