Vegetarian but who cares? Delicious!

This cookbook organizes content by vegetable in each category. So you can choose from many countries way of cooking eggplants. Tried many recipes and they are super, including the simple kimchi. Had book sent to friend in California though I live in UK. Worked a treat. Thanks for being on time.
