Leather wrap looks and feels more like foam....lecarra is probably made in China now, the quality isn't what I remember in the 1980's ....also it's no longer embossed "Lecarra" on the front of the sterring wheel.

Syrian Hamster wheel
Wish the metal bracket was a little thicker ...when my Syrian hamster runs you can see the bracket slightly wobble ...maybe this is better on their joints ? She loves this wheel because Syrians need a nice large 11 inch wheel.
