The jury is still out on this item
1 of 2 found this helpful When I first began to use it it was good (it quickly wnet to blue - good air quality level) although it did not make a difference to my sinus problems. Now it keeps showing a Blu/Violet light color which is moderate clean even after having the machine on for 1.5 days. Reading the instructions it tells me that I may need to clean the air quality sensor. However, I have had it only for a few weeks and that seems to me very quick. The instructions are a bit complicated with all the different filters.

It is everything I hoped for
I needed a low-impact exercise machine because I have fibro-myalgia and other health concerns. However I do not want to give up exercise and this machine is very much what I like. Not only is the exercise comprehensive (arms, legs and hips are moving) but it's also not too big and can be quite easily moved. My husband also found it easy to put together. The shipping was as promised and without problems. Kudos to the company. I could buy one of these within Australia but would have to pay almost $80 more.

Easy to use!
1 of 1 found this helpful I actually changed my Advanced model to an XS as that will give me a rebate from Bupa. I also had to bring back this model as Bupa does not allow it to bought from electrical stores but it needs to come from a Chemist. Dumb as it is the same product. I also needed a referral before getting a rebate. Oh the hoops they make you jump through!
I find it easy to use and have it under my feet while working at the computer. I do find that it is a lot of money ($360 retail: $299 on special from the Chemist Warehouse) and because of that a good product will be out of reach of many people who would benefit from it.
