    My item was so appallingly packaged it arrived shattered. Contacted seller.. No apology offered. Refund only offered if the broken china returned... Low price of item makes this uneconomical. Seller could have offered reduction on replacent... No comms following my complaint. Terrible service cannot recommend. What price good review/customer relations? apparently less than a tenner. A beautiful vintage piece is lost because of poor packing and customer lost because of very poor treatment.

    When I offered to pay for the buyer to return the item in its broken condition for a full refund. The buyer became rude and told me to keep the money for the item. I responded promptly with a resolution that the buyer was not satisfied with. They quickly became angry and came across rude and unpleasant. As I did not receive a return, I cannot comment on the packaging or the item as it was recieved beyond the pictures.They have been blocked and are no longer welcome in my shop.
