Thompsons black rubberised roof paint
I have an elderly flat roof problem and I could get a rubberised paint locally, but no more. A quick search on ebay and decided" lets try this".
In this weeks torrential downpours, it stopped the leaks. Very easy to use and clean the brush with detergent and warm water as it says on the tin. Highly recommended, but fill any cracks first before using.

Chainsaw oil
It says it all on the label. It does what it claims

Gunk driveway cleaner.
It did what it was supposed to. 6 years of leaking sump oil on the garage floor was diluted after 3 hour soak and just washed away.
