Generally this item is well made and of ...

Generally this item is well made and of good quality. I have removed one star due to the following reasons:- 1. it is not always a direct replacement for the older R90B since the external cover is larger than the original. 2. The screw that holds the power unit into the fan case can be fiddly to fit when the unit is ceiling mounted. 3. The instructions are not very clear especially about when the flowback flap needs to be fitted and when the square hole in the external cover should be removed.
