Worth the money
I'd recommend this DVD player as it enables you to play DVDs that you wouldnt be able to play on an ordinary player. It's good quality and you need a good quality player if you want a multi regional one, as cheaper ones don't play every DVD. I know this with experience.

A valuable aid to weight training
These are very useful in gyms because you can make better gains as you can gradually increase the weight in smaller weight increments than you can with the usual weight plates in gyms.

Worth watching
It wasn't quite as good as I thought it might have been, but still worth watching. It was good to see strongmen of the past like Bill Kasmere and Geoff Capes. I also prefer some of the old events to the new ones.
