Essential Reading for the law-abiding
Not an easy read, but an excellent introduction to the growth of Organised crime which used to be mainly the Mafia, Chinese Triads and Columbian drug cartels, but is is now world-wide and clearly led by remnants of secret police and armed militia.
Ordinary people will suffer most, as they did from the 2007 financial crisis.

Solid but a little irritating
Solidly built with reasonably long lever suitable for punching holes in many sheets, but as yet I have not tried as many as 30.
One negative is that the sheets catch on removal requiring the lever to be lifted to withdraw the punch rods beyond their natural resting position. This is awkward with one hand: heel of hand on the base, thumb knuckle under lever whilst holding the paper in the other. Maybe stronger springs are required or perhaps the rods will wear down to remove this irritation.
Also the confetti can fall out if the punch is waved around, so keep it on the desk.
