They can be worn with jeans but also with more formal/dressy clothes and they are an unusual blue which appears to go with lots of colours. I had fully expected to be outbid on these and was very surprised that no one else bid - fine for me, but not so good for C. I suppose eBay is always the luck of the draw…… my thanks for these shoes, Linda

I was called 'nipper' when growing up! Love it!
Superb account of growing up in the 1950's and '60's - a book for everyone - I recommend it as background reading for history lessons at school too! We mustn't forget our heritage and how our parents and grandparents coped and did such a wonderful job.
