As a bench it's short, but decent, the attachments are gimmicks and of little or no use
2 of 2 found this helpful As a bench it's decent, but short. I'm 6ft 4 and my head is well off the back support. Some of the parts are gimmicks:
The seated row with the spring - the spring is far too strong and with a very short and unusable stretch
The rubber attachments are just far too weak to be of any use
As others have said the leg extension isn't designed well and it will run along and bruise your shins
Taking those out and you can remove those attachments it's a decent bench, but pricey for what it is and too short
