  It was an easy transaction. Very very quick ship. Packaging was very sparse for my comfort though. I was surprised it wasn’t in pieces when I opened it. If I ever purchased again I would ask for extra packing and a box boot a padded envelope.

  I received this fragile, limited edition $120 Fenton mouse in a padded envelope rather than a box. I am amazed that it was not in pieces and, as an experienced glass shipper, would never have done this. I also was charged almost double the cost of shipping (charged $8.00 and actual was $4.52). I wonder if shipper calculated a box and decided to save money after I paid by using an envelope instead. All that said, the item was well described and is adorable. Would not purchase glass from her again
