pro quality
With a little care when painting the sensors and in following the diagramatic instructions, you will get a quality, factory-fit finish that is very impressive.

Good (should be at the price), and easy to fit (in theory).
Expensive for what it is, but there is no other lock on the market for these windows - so no choice if you want to have a Velux that can be very easily and quickly secured or opened. And a Velux does need added security as they can be opened from the outside by anyone who knows how.
It does look very neat, but you need a hard-to-get 20mm bit to make the hole to accept the lock. I thought I'd get by using a 19mm flat bit and narrow chisel to expand the hole - it took ages! Probably should have used an oversize bit - but using the correct size bit the whole job will be very easy and take less than 5 minutes.

solid, not tinny like the previous tap I had
fits well and comes with flexi pipes
pleased and have bought another for my holiday home
