  Unfortunate that I've received neutral feedback on this purchase. If a purchase is made on a weekday and when the post office is still open, I make every effort to get it posted out within the hour of the purchase. Once its posted its then then down to the royal mail. I feel it would be fairer that buyer send a message in regards to the delay so that I can a least provide proof of when the postage was made. I'm sorry that it took a long time for this purchase to arrive to its customer.
