Belies excellent reputation
0 of 1 found this helpful This product gives occasional unreliable readings. I bought it because my Heart Surgeon uses one.
He paid a lot more than I did and I wonder about the authenticity of my one. It occasionally gives an accurate reading, but mostly both of the readings are farcical. I am very disappointed, as I waited a long time to get a NONIN at a reasonable price

Poor quality
This product is wildly inaccurate, giving impossible readings. On first 2 readings it was functioning properly and then it went haywire. Changing the batteries and warming the hands achieved nothing. Very poor product.
