20 yrs builder
I bought one for my company, then 3 more. I have since sold the business and now purchased this one for my personal project. I used it to check the level of my concrete floor in 30 locations, and the same with the bottom of the above floor joists. Best on dimmer or cloudy conditions, but usable on brighter days with a dark colored "target" to "walk the dot" in order to find the desired location. Very good product for the money. VERY IMPORTANT to keep the self leveling gyroscope LOCKED when not in use due to it's fragility. They are easily cracked, I learned the hard way, but thankfully at my last employers expense. And this Bosch GLP5 is almost as good as his $600 Hilti. Great product!!

Lightweight and does not flicker
I doubted my friend's purchase, but I was wrong. Doesn't flicker, lightweight, and bright. Bought 3 for myself, then 3 for my Dad, now he wants FOUR more! These are great!
