Nice & Stable
I have put this into a machine built specifically for VR. On my MSI motherboard with i5 this has been rock solid up until now, and the VR is certainly greedy on resource so it's getting a good testing. For regular use (I will not be overclocking), it seems perfect.

Broke within 2 weeks
Unfortunately I found the plastic in this very brittle and it broke within 2 weeks. The glass screen protector was very good though.

Nice, but not not perfect
Im a Fender guy normally, but I needed something humbucker based and I didn’t want an hss strat. I tossed up between this and the cherry red worn special II model which is £50 cheaper. I went for this for the maple top and some of the extras I actually needed anyway. I can’t help but be a tiny bit disappointed. From a distance, it’s really pretty. But up close, it’s not the finest maple and there are numerous imperfections. It’s a cheap guitar, so what do I expect! Also, without the carved Les Paul top, the maple feels less special when you’re up close. The setup out of the box is poor. The strings are old and need replacing, and the intonation is a bit out. I would suggest budgeting an additional £50 to get it setup properly. I got a classic vibe squire a few weeks ago and the setup was top quality out of the box, so I think this is fair criticism. Other than that, it’s fine, and sound is good for the money. The tuner is meh, but for a beginner I see the appeal. In hindsight I do kind of wish I had got the cheaper non-maple, non-slash version and used the saving for a setup though.
