  Nice items and well packaged. Seller kept in constant contact in regards to the Royal Mail strike and I lay NO blame on the seller for the 3 month delay, only on the Royal Mail service for their gross disruption to business' everywhere. Look forward to purchasing again from this seller!!

  Item was not as expected and not really worth the money as it was really only a picture stuck to some balsam wood. However, it was well packaged and speedily sent. I should have checked item more closely before ordering so not giving negative feedback.

  Fantastic service and a fantastic response to my query regarding the missing needled. It happens! Immediately the seller puts it right and a new tin with needles is received. My thanks for this. It's a pity that the over protection of the purchaser is not proportionate to that also offered the seller. E-bay inform me I should return the product! What the empty tin or the new tin with the needles! Next time I won't bother to do this through e-bay. Thanks OC/DC for such integrity.
