Really works!
This is an excellent patch. it says recommended course 10 days, but for me, it did its work in 5. I had inflamed tendon on my knee, the anti-inflammatory pill prescribed by my doctor had side effect on my eyes, and the only thing that helped was this patch.
I applied this patch before to other areas and it worked as well. It's loaded with goodness!
Why am I giving it 4 stars and not five? Just a warning: it may be too strong for certain places on the body and you may consider applying it for less that 10 hours. Otherwise I could not praise it more!

Great patch to use when nothing else helps
I have ordered and reordered this patch several times and I prefer using it over pills, Bengay and exipan which all have side effects on stomach and kidneys. This patch contains natural ingredients that work great for me. I applied it to my shoulders and base of neck and it totally relieved tension and pain.
Why am I giving it 4 stars and not 5? Just a word of caution: some people's skin may be sensitive to having it on for 10-12 recommended hours, so I would say 8-9 hours or even less. You should try and see how it works for you. Otherwise it's the most wonderful thing!

Takes care of joint pain
Even though it says to take a 10-day course, it took care of my shoulder join pain after the first time. I cut each plaster into 2 and used on each shoulder. Of course I will continue to do the 10 day course. Much better that having cortisone injections that do not help.
