    This part was shipped in perfect condition. The buyer sent pictures of this item and it looked to have been dropped on concrete or a hard surface because it has broken and the box that it was shipped in was not damaged. Not sure how this happened.

This measuring tape is SO hard to push back in. It does NOT have a release button to retract it so you have to push it back in and it pushes in extremely hard. The end keeps bending and I know it is going to break soon.
