Beginners' or child's ukulele
This is a good value little instrument for a child or beginner unsure as to whether the ukulele is for them. It comes with decent strings (they look to be Aquilas) & is fine for playing basic chords (C, F, G, Am etc), but the intonation beyond that is pretty poor on ours (a Makala Dolphin is a much better bet as a next step up, or for those willing to spend a little more on a first instrument). It does have a nice, bright and jangly sound. It was delivered extremely quickly & with a cover (not padded, but might be just about splash-proof). Gorgeous colour, too. Just a heads-up for beginners: any new instrument will need a LOT of tuning at first.
