Terrible rack hooks
They are very difficult to attach One of the plastic hooks broke the first time I tried to remove a t from the rack. I had to buy metal hooks to fix it before it's usable.

May need to grease the mechanism.
The window operator was pretty easy to install. I would only recommend that others lubricate the mechanism immediately after installation because it's difficult to access the gear after reinstalling the lower portion of the window. After lubrication, it works well.

Good product at a reduced price
As near as I could tell the system which includes a front door video camera into the door bell button and a circular device which you wire at the doorbell itself, works fine. As I'm just the landlord and I don't have access to the tenant's Wi-Fi, I wasn't able to test it for full functionality.
