Poor quality product
Rubish handle disengages while vacuuming totally without much effort. Disrupting flow of cleaning have to reengage power every time. Because it shuts off. Upon handle disengaging. Unreliable use-wise

No confidence
Expected superior quality and more reliable workmanship for a Dyson product. Brush useless on the shortest of carpet pile. Spins only on wood floors. Useless. Furthermore the cheap hose is of lesser quality than a vac I bought for half the price. Total disappointment in his item I meant to use with confidence. Confidence felt betrayed now.
