The item was not delivered , I recieved no callng card to say there had been an attempt to deliver , the courier told me to contact the sender and the sender said the're are not wasting anymore time on this and if they get it back I can have a PARTIAL refund . I used this seller as they have a 100% rating but am so disappointed at their attitude.

It is unfortunate that not answering your door three days in a row so that the courier could deliver your item which was dispatched within a day has somehow become my fault. I tried to help you resolve this but you constantly blamed me for the issue and didn’t follow the right process. I sent a refund but I am certainly not responsible for refunding the delivery fee. Also you say you contacted the courier but you actually tried to contact Yodel when the parcel was sent via Evri. Amazing!
