    Description said laptop was 'in perfect working order' but the Bluetooth was not working. On contacting seller their reply showed they were aware of this before listing the item. I offered to keep the laptop for a partial refund or I could return it for a full refund but I received no further communication from the seller. Eventually I got full refund through ebay intervening. I would not recommend this seller due to their misleading description.
