I resently was told by Ebay that my issue with an item that I did not recieve had been resolved ,How could it be ,I was under the impression that If I did not recieve an item that it would be 100 percent insured. I have found that that is a false.

I would definitely recommend it
This product has good power charges fast and worked very well
