Region Specific DVD

I'll can't say if it's any good or not as I cannot play it on my DVR. I can't rate it or give any other information about it as I have not be able to watch it yet. When I insert it in the disc drive of my DVR it comes up with a message about not being able to play in my region and I did not see anything when I ordered it about it being region specific. Maybe it will work on my computer but my TV, no chance.
