    When received the packaging was part way open and soaking wet. Although everything seemed to be in the package. The decal was pealed off the collar and look like it had been tried to be placed back on other than that it was in good condition. It would not allow me to set it up due to being linked to another account. I reached out to the seller to see if they could unlink it for me so I could set it up and have yet to receive a reply. I contacted spoton who was able to unlink it after explanation
