Not universal
Cheaply made. Not universal as is described, cable is not adjustable.

These mandrels are missing a very important component which is a washer / spacer. It goes on top of the mandrel, around the spline, under the pully. Without it in place, the pullies will not turn.
BIG PROBLEM FOR SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW.
