May be OK if you are not very active
1 of 1 found this helpful The copper covering does seem to be very thin and after a 5 days use inlcuding moderate walking with socks on 20% had rubbed off. I understand from the seller you are supposed to wear these next to the skin and replace them. I would imagine if you were not active or did not wear them for walking around they would last longer and probably be effective, but not for my sort of use.
