Altogether weird.
3 of 4 found this helpful Not sure what that was all about, but when I commented the item was faulty (wire had been taped together with masking tape) I was offered a full refund immediately.
Not sure how this item is allowed for sale, or particularly for export from the States, it's weird, arrives with no clear instructions and the faulty nature of it made me think I was being taken for some kind of fool and that it was a joke, exploring how it may be intended for use, it became apparent that producing colloidal silver water is a very complicated process and this could possibly only produce something semi toxic.
