    We’re sorry the item arrived damaged and appreciate the feedback — we’ve already taken steps to improve our packaging for future orders. That said, we offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture for a £6.99 item to avoid the inconvenience of a return. The buyer refused, demanded a full replacement without returning the product, and threatened negative feedback. Unfortunately, some buyers expect to keep items for free, which is against eBay policy. We always aim to resolve issues fairly
