  Unfortunately this feedback bears no resemblance to the text conversation I have had with this buyer. According to the tracked Evri delivery, the parcel WAS delivered. The buyer contacted me stating it hadn't been, and I immediately advised the buyer to contact Evri (as it was shown as delivered) to get the ball rolling in relation to the missing parcel. I did explain to the buyer that I couldn't just send out replacements but offered to help with her issue through the correct channels.

  Hi, strange Feedback, as it wasn't even sent via Royal Mail, and my tracked delivery service shows it as delivered, as does Ebay.

  Item was packaged and sent on the same day in the normal way, and I was not even aware the item had not been delivered and it has not been received back. I was given no option to rectify the situation before this negative feedback was left. Once aware a replacement was sent.
