Better value used than a cheap new one.
Good quality 5V supply, much better than the cheap and nasty ones that leave out suppression components.

Well worth it.

I was thinking of buying one of the cheaper ones but this came my way at a good price. For the past two years I've been wishing I'd got one a lot sooner, as it makes the jobs needing done so much easier and saves my back.
This particular lift differs a bit from the others in the same price bracket. The screw-down feet are invaluable for extra stability, the front chock isn't a stupidly-cheap piece of crap (it works really well), the self-retracting ramp has saved me from walking into it and gouging my legs, never mind tripping over it, numerous times, and the ram is really well-designed, not just a converted bottle jack like most of the cheapies.
In retrospect, if there had been an air/hydraulic option, I think I'd have opted for that, and while it's not difficult to raise the lift, my knees are getting dodgy. I'm now thinking seriously of converting mine to air/oil operation.
